Can we move from the cloud to a private cloud or on-premise later?
Yes! We’ll handle everything. Cerri takes care of moving all of your data and files for you. The migration process is completed outside of regular business hours to minimize any interruption of service, ensuring your team’s continued productivity. Once the move is complete you go back to using Cerri exactly as you did before, on your new domain.
What is the payment plan?
We offer a flexible payment plan. When you upgrade from the free plan in Cerri, you will be billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. You can add and remove users at anytime. How can I assure IT that Cerri’s Cloud plan is secure?
From your account’s single page sign on onwards, Cerri uses advanced data encryption to ensure your account and data are protected from outside intrusion. (Your encrypted login data is transmitted via TSL (new SSL) or HTTPS port/443). Cerri runs on Microsoft Azure cloud, the award-winning cloud hosting provider. Microrsoft offers an uncompromising stability which safeguards from any inconsistencies or loss of data in case of system or power failures.
